Bring along any necessary prescription medications, as well as a basic first aid kit. It's also a good idea to pack insect repellent and any recommended vaccinations for travel in Colombia. Don't forget your passport, driver's license, and any other necessary identification. Also, bring copies of important documents like your birth certificate, medical records, and insurance policies. Pack a Spanish-English dictionary or phrasebook, as English is not widely spoken in Salento.
