The interiors are spacious, with open-plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and comfortable bedrooms. Many homes also feature outdoor living spaces, such as balconies or terraces, where residents can enjoy the warm tropical climate. Some homes may also have private swimming pools. The decor often reflects the local culture, with Thai artwork and furnishings. Despite the remote location, these homes are usually equipped with modern conveniences such as air conditioning, high-speed internet, and cable TV.
