"A typical expat home or apartment in Quy Nhon, is often located in the city center or near the beach, offering stunning views of the city or the sea. These homes are usually fully furnished, featuring modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is often spacious, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are usually cozy with comfortable beds and clean linens. Some apartments may also have a balcony or a small garden. Many expat homes also have access to shared facilities like a swimming pool, gym, or a communal garden.
