Many homes also have outdoor spaces, such as balconies or terraces, which offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape, including the sea and mountains. The homes are often located in close proximity to local amenities such as shops, restaurants, and beaches. They are usually furnished in a style that combines Greek tradition with contemporary comfort, featuring elements such as tiled floors, whitewashed walls, and wooden furniture. Air conditioning is common due to the warm climate, and some homes may also have a fireplace for the cooler months.
