Some homes may also have private pools or access to community amenities like a shared pool, gym, or beach access. The homes are often furnished, with comfortable and stylish furniture and decor. They are equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, high-speed internet, and cable TV. Some expat homes may also have a maid's quarters or a guest house.
