The balconies and terraces are often outfitted with balustrades and offer breathtaking views of the ocean or mountainous terrain. Modern amenities and convenience are often a priority for expats, including a fully-equipped kitchen, ample storage space and comfortable furniture," explained one expat living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
