Some homes may also include a balcony or a patio, perfect for outdoor dining or simply relaxing while enjoying the tropical climate. Many expat homes also have access to amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and even housekeeping services. Despite being in a tropical paradise, these homes are also equipped with modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV.
