However, as of recent data, the average price for an apartment in the city center may be around €1,800 per square meter. For the same size apartment outside of the city center, the price may drop to around €1,300 per square meter. Therefore, a typical apartment in the city center could cost around €180,000, while the same size apartment outside of the city center could cost around €130,000. Please note that these are average prices and actual costs can be higher or lower," wrote a member who made the move to Cordoba, Spain.
