If you're looking to buy a property, the average price per square meter for an apartment in the city center is around $1,000 to $1,500, while outside the city center, it may be around $500 to $800 per square meter. Keep in mind that these are approximate figures and can change based on various factors," remarked another expat who made the move to Chiang Rai, Thailand.
