Generally, the average cost of a one-bedroom apartment in the city center is around $200 to $300 per month, while a two-bedroom apartment can cost up to $400 per month. Outside of the city center, the cost of housing is usually lower, with one-bedroom apartments costing around $150 to $200 per month and two-bedroom apartments costing around $250 to $350 per month," remarked another expat who made the move to Granada, Nicaragua.
