"The average cost of housing in Zagreb can vary greatly depending on the location and size of the property. For instance, in the city center, the price for a one-bedroom apartment can range from moderate to high, while a three-bedroom apartment can cost significantly more. Outside of the city center, the prices for apartments of similar sizes tend to be somewhat lower. For those looking to purchase property, the price per square meter for an apartment in the city center is considerably high, while it is somewhat lower outside of the city center. However, these prices can fluctuate based on the current real estate market conditions," remarked another expat who made the move to Zagreb, Croatia.
