For instance, in the city center, the price for a one-bedroom apartment can be quite high, while outside the city center, the cost can be significantly lower. Additionally, the cost of buying a property in Dubrovnik is generally more expensive compared to renting. As of recent data, the average monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the city center is approximately $700, while outside the city center it drops to around $500. If you're looking to buy an apartment in the city center, the average price per square meter is around $4,000, but it can be as low as $2,500 per square meter outside the city center," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Dubrovnik, Croatia.
