For instance, in the city center, a one-bedroom apartment may cost around $300 to $400 per month, while a three-bedroom apartment can range from $500 to $700 per month. Outside the city center, the prices can drop significantly, with one-bedroom apartments costing around $200 to $300 per month and three-bedroom apartments ranging from $400 to $500 per month. If you're looking to buy property, the price per square meter in the city center can be around $1,000, while outside the city center it can be around $800. However, these prices can fluctuate based on the current real estate market," remarked another expat in Puerto Rico, Ecuador.
