For larger apartments or houses suitable for families, the rental cost can range from 150,000 to 200,000 yen per month. If you're looking to buy property, the average price per square meter in the city center is around 500,000 to 700,000 yen, while outside the city center it can be around 300,000 to 500,000 yen.
