"The cost of housing in Hong Kong is generally high, with prices varying depending on the location and type of property. On average, a one-bedroom apartment in the city centre can cost around HK$20,000 per month, while a three-bedroom apartment in the suburbs can cost around HK$15,000 per month. Prices for larger properties can be significantly higher," remarked another expat in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
