Generally, the prices for renting an apartment or house in La Paz range from affordable to moderately expensive. For instance, a one-bedroom apartment in the city center may cost around $300 to $500 per month, while a three-bedroom apartment can range from $600 to $1,200 per month. If you are looking to purchase a property, the average price per square meter in the city center is around $1,000 to $1,500, while outside the city center, it can be around $600 to $1,000 per square meter," remarked another expat who made the move to La Paz, Mexico.
