The average cost where I am is about $1,000.00 USD per month. for a furnished 2 bedroom apartment with utilities included. I pay a little less because the furniture is antique...which some call old," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
"The average cost of housing in Playa del Carmen varies depending on the amenities, location and size desired.
