For instance, a one-bedroom apartment in the city center may cost around $300 to $500 per month, while the same type of apartment outside the city center may cost around $200 to $300 per month. If you're looking to buy property, a square meter of an apartment in the city center can cost around $1,000 to $2,000, while outside the city center it may cost around $600 to $1,000. However, these prices can fluctuate based on the current real estate market," commented one expat who made the move to Cancun, Mexico.
