For a one-bedroom apartment in the city center, the average monthly rent is typically around €700 to €900. For the same type of apartment outside the city center, the rent can drop to approximately €600 to €800 per month. If you're looking to buy property, the average price per square meter in the city center is usually between €2,500 and €3,500. Outside the city center, this price can decrease to around €2,000 to €3,000 per square meter.
