Prices for a one-bedroom apartment in the city center can range from around 8,000 to 15,000 Philippine Pesos per month, while prices for a three-bedroom apartment in the suburbs can range from around 10,000 to 20,000 Philippine Pesos per month," explained one expat living in Davao, Philippines.
