The local currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar, but US dollars are also widely accepted. The climate in Nonsuch Bay is tropical marine, which means it's warm and sunny throughout the year, but also prone to hurricanes between June and November. Healthcare facilities in Antigua & Barbuda are adequate for routine health issues, but serious medical conditions may require evacuation to a country with more advanced medical facilities. The crime rate in Antigua & Barbuda is relatively low, but petty crime like theft does occur, so it's important to take standard precautions to protect your belongings.
