The climate in Sigatoka is tropical, with warm temperatures year-round. However, there is a rainy season from November to April, which can bring heavy rainfall and occasional cyclones. Healthcare facilities in Sigatoka are basic, and for serious medical conditions, you may need to travel to the capital, Suva.
