However, it's important to be aware of the traffic, which can be chaotic, and the high levels of air and noise pollution. The visa process for retirees is relatively straightforward. Expats can apply for a renewable one-year visa. However, it's important to note that there is no formal retirement visa, and the government requires proof of financial stability.
