How are healthcare services in Bergamo?
When we asked expats and global nomads about the quality of medical care in Bergamo, they replied...
"Bergamo offers a wide range of healthcare services to its citizens. The city is home to several public and private hospitals, as well as numerous specialized clinics and medical centers. The public healthcare system in Bergamo is managed by the Azienda Sanitaria Locale (ASL) and provides free or low-cost medical services to all citizens. The ASL also operates a network of primary care centers, which offer general medical services, as well as specialized services such as mental health, geriatrics, and pediatric care. In addition, Bergamo is home to a number of private healthcare providers, including private hospitals, clinics, and medical centers. These facilities offer a range of services, including general medical care, specialized treatments, and diagnostic services," wrote a member who made the move to Bergamo, Italy.
