"Emergency services in Escazu are provided by the Cruz Roja (Red Cross). To call for an ambulance, you can dial 911 or the Cruz Roja's emergency number, 128. The Cruz Roja also provides other emergency services such as firefighting, search and rescue, and medical assistance," commented one expat who made the move to Escazu, Costa Rica.
