Will I need to travel to see a specialist?

Answer this Question

When we asked members in Nice if they typically need to travel to see specialists, they replied...

"Yes, Nice, has a variety of medical specialists available. For highly specialized care, people can go to the University Hospital Centre, which is the largest hospital in Nice with all the necessary departments for complex medical treatments, including a specialists clinic. Additionally, Nice has a number of private medical facilities and clinics which are home to many specialized medical professionals. Some of these clinics provide treatments not available in public hospitals and offer care from the finest medical specialists from around the world," remarked another expat who made the move to Nice, France.
