When we asked members in Alabang if they typically need to travel to see specialists, they replied...

"Yes, there are a good number of medical specialists in Alabang. People go to Asian Hospital and Medical Center and Ospital ng Muntinlupa for highly specialized medical care. Asian Hospital and Medical Center is a 500-bed tertiary hospital, the largest private hospital in the country providing high-level care in fields such as ophthalmology, internal medicine, neurology, orthopedics, and urology. Ospital ng Muntinlupa, on the other hand, is a renowned public hospital providing quality healthcare experience to its patients. It has specialty centers such as an eye hospital, an intravenous therapy center, an Infertility Center, an Endocrine Surgery and Thyroid Center, a Cardiac Center, and a Dialysis Center," said another expat in Alabang, Philippines.
