The quality of healthcare in Hungary is generally good, with well-trained medical professionals and modern facilities. However, there might be a language barrier as not all healthcare professionals speak English. It's also worth noting that while basic healthcare is covered by the national insurance, certain treatments and medications might not be, so it's advisable to have additional private health insurance. In terms of emergency services, they are available and efficient. Pharmacies are well-stocked and can be found throughout the city. However, waiting times for non-emergency procedures can be long, and the standard of care can vary from hospital to hospital.
