"I like the neighborhood I live in for there is everything you need or possiblly think of. And in summer time you can go to a lake, one by walking, the other using a trolley or bus with a few stops and then some walking. It's all great. On the other hand, expats and digital nomads may dislike the language barrier, as not everyone in Kiev speaks English, and it can be challenging to navigate daily life without some knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian. The bureaucracy and paperwork involved in obtaining visas and work permits can be frustrating and time-consuming. The weather in Kiev can be harsh, with cold winters and hot summers, which may not be suitable for everyone.
