What do people like (and dislike) about Grecia?
When we asked expats and global nomads what they like and dislike about living in Grecia, they replied...
"Expats and digital nomads living in Grecia enjoy the small-town atmosphere and the friendly locals. They also appreciate the low cost of living and the abundance of outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, and swimming. Additionally, the close proximity to San Jose and the international airport make it easy to travel to other parts of the country and abroad. On the downside, expats and digital nomads may find the lack of infrastructure and public transportation inconvenient. Additionally, the limited nightlife and entertainment options can be a drawback for some," said a member in Grecia, Costa Rica.

"The most wonderful people. We have become friends of whole Tico families. They will do everything to help you. On the other hand, most expats we have met seem guarded, and not that friendly and even selfish. Someone I asked about shipping small items to CR, was not willing to share what she uses even though she talks regularily about things that had just arrived. ," remarked another expat who made the move to Grecia, Costa Rica.
