What is the social scene like in Monterrey?
When we asked people living in Monterrey about the social scene there, they described it saying...
"Monterrey is a vibrant city with a lively social scene. There are plenty of bars, clubs, and restaurants to explore, as well as a variety of cultural events and activities to enjoy. The city is known for its vibrant nightlife, with many locals and visitors alike enjoying the city's lively atmosphere. Monterrey also has a thriving art and music scene, with many galleries, museums, and live music venues to explore. The city is also home to a number of festivals and events throughout the year, making it a great place to meet new people and experience the culture of the city," said another expat in Monterrey, Mexico.
"Where I live now, the local people seem incredibly kind. We don't mix with them because it's a very poor rural community but we do get on with them. We now have a quinta, with a pool, palapa, pizza oven - obviously we expect to be entertaining our friends fairly often," wrote a member who made the move to Monterrey, Mexico.
