They also recommend renting before buying, as this allows you to get a feel for the area and understand the local property market. Expats also advise to be aware of the seasonal changes in Pai, as the town can get quite busy during the tourist season, which might affect your living situation. They also suggest negotiating rental prices, as landlords are often willing to lower the price for long-term tenants.
