What advice to expats in Tamarindo have about housing?
When we asked people living in Tamarindo about the social scene there, they described it saying...
"It is easy to buy and hard to sell. We bought an ocean view condo in Tamarindo in 2011 and lived in it full time 2013-2018. It then took us over 2 years to sell it. Before buying, we visited Tamarindo a few times at different times of the year, We did enjoy our condo and the amenities offered in Tamarindo, although peak tourist times can get quite busy and crowded. Renting first is a good idea," said another in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
