"Hospitals can be a win lose situation depending on where you stay. The cost without insurance is high, but sometimes, they can find a way to work with you. Pharmacies aren't 24/7 some in some cases you may have to wait until morning to get your prescriptions. More doctors are student doctors rather than the more advanced ones.
