Rental prices are considerably lower than other cities in Europe, with a nice 1 bedroom apartment costing between $500 to $600 and a nice 2 bedroom apartment costing around $800 to $1000. Eating out is not overly expensive, with dinner at a moderately priced restaurant costing between $15 to $20 per person," wrote a member who made the move to Montpellier, France.
