What are the visa & residency requirements in Grecia?
We asked people about the visa & residency requirements in Grecia, they wrote...
"To apply for a visa in Grecia, travelers must usually provide documents such as proof of sufficient funds, an itinerary and a valid passport. Only certain categories of foreigner may be granted a visa, such as investors, and visas also do not work to automatically grant entry or the right to stay in Costa Rica. Depending on the purpose of the trip, a specific type of visa may be required, such as those for tourism, business, or temporary residence. Applying for residency in Costa Rica is a lengthy process, requiring documents such as a valid passport, birth and marriage certificates, a police record, and a copy of a bank account statement. The applicant must also have a local sponsor who is either a Costa Rican citizen or permanent resident, who must provide evidence that they can financially support the foreign resident. Additionally, health and life insurance must also be obtained. After submitting the application and documents, residency tests must be taken and the final approval of the application must be done in court," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Grecia, Costa Rica.
