What do expats in Ukraine appreciate most about the local culture?
We asked expats and digital nomads what they appreciate the most about the local culture in Ukraine. They wrote...
"They are all very supportive of each other, and you if you will participate. And now that I am running low on cash, sans SSDI, they are trying to help some. And they all know not to trust the government, and that the police are actually crooks. In America, most people still actually think the cops are the ' Bgood guys'," remarked another expat who made the move to Mogliv-Podilskyi, Ukraine.
"Expats in Ukraine appreciate the country's rich cultural heritage, which includes a variety of traditional music, art, and literature. They also enjoy the warm hospitality of the Ukrainian people, who are known for their friendliness and generosity. Additionally, expats appreciate the country's stunning natural beauty, with its rolling hills, lush forests, and picturesque villages. Finally, expats enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Ukraine's cities, with their lively bars, clubs, and restaurants," explained one expat living in Ukraine.
