"We live close to Cotacachi, which does have an ex-pat population but is also the most charming and prettiest of Ecuadorian cities I have seen, which is most of them. We live a few klicks outside of Cotacachi, in farm country. We have horses below, cows and corn above; and all around quiet, peace and friendly neighbors. What's not to like?," explained one expat living in Cotacachi, Ecuador.
