Eating out at restaurants is also quite affordable, with a meal at a local eatery costing around $2-3 USD. Utilities such as electricity and water are also relatively inexpensive, with monthly bills typically costing around $20-30 USD. Overall, Cambodia is a great place to live if you are looking for an affordable lifestyle," explained one expat living in Cambodia.
