"The cost of living in Ghana varies depending on the city and lifestyle. Generally, basic necessities such as food, transportation, and housing are relatively inexpensive. However, imported goods and services can be more expensive. Accommodation costs vary depending on the type of accommodation and location. Eating out can be affordable, with meals costing around $2-5 USD. Transportation costs are also relatively low, with public transport costing around $0.50 USD per ride," said another expat in Ghana.
