Housing costs in India tend to be lower than in other parts of the world and basic amenities like food, transportation, and utilities are generally affordable. However, luxury items like cars, international travel, and designer goods tend to be expensive. Overall, India is known for being a relatively affordable country to live in," remarked another expat in India.
