Is there a lot of crime in Tajikistan?

Answer this Question

We asked people if there is a lot of crime. They answered...

"Tajikistan has experienced a rise in crime in recent years, particularly in the capital city of Dushanbe. Common crimes include theft, robbery, and drug trafficking. In addition, there have been reports of organized crime and corruption. The government has taken steps to address the issue, including increasing police presence and introducing tougher laws," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Tajikistan.
