Is there a lot of crime in Paraguay?

Answer this Question

We asked people if there is a lot of crime. They answered...

"Paraguay generally has a low crime rate, but there have been reports of violent crime, including armed robberies, kidnappings, and homicides. Drug trafficking and organized crime are also a problem in some areas. The government has taken steps to combat crime, including increasing police presence in urban areas and strengthening border security," remarked another expat who made the move to Paraguay.
