"Yes, there is crime in Georgia. Violent and property crimes occur across the state, including in small towns and in larger cities like Atlanta. Many types of crime can be found, from drug-related offenses to burglary and armed robbery. Georgia also has a burgeoning gang problem and a high rate of teen crime," remarked another expat who made the move to Georgia Rep.
