Is there a lot of crime in Kyrgyzstan?

Answer this Question

We asked people if there is a lot of crime. They answered...

"Crime is a problem in Kyrgyzstan, with reports of violent crime, theft, and corruption. Drug trafficking is also a major issue, with the country being a transit point for drugs from Afghanistan. Organized crime is also a concern, with gangs operating in the country. The government has taken steps to combat crime, including increasing police presence and introducing tougher laws," remarked another expat who made the move to Kyrgyzstan.
