Other ways to meet people when living in Nicaragua can include attending festivals, getting involved in local charities, attending language meetups, and joining community sports teams. Attending events such as locally hosted dinners, art classes and other local social activities can also be a great way for expats to meet new people and form friendships," commented one expat who made the move to Nicaragua.
