"Everybody is trying to make a living. Grow food if you can, or at least know someone who does! Work is vitally important, even a day work is important, unlike America. A day work is also respected! You have to get with Cricket and u have to get with Futbol (soccer). If you don't get to know the people in your village, you are doing yourself a disservice," explained one expat living in St Johns, Antigua & Barbuda.
