When we asked people about diversity in India and whether locals are accepting of differences, they said...

"India is a vibrant place with a large diversity of cultures, religions, and backgrounds. People in India generally hold a deep respect for the different backgrounds of their fellow citizens, and India has many laws protecting the rights of minorities to ensure that all individuals are accepted and respected regardless of their faith, gender, or ethnicity," remarked another expat in India.

"The beauty of India, especially Hyderabad, is the tolerance of other religions and acceptance of their values , customs and participation. The social bonding is generations old, though it might not be accepted as far as weddings go," said a member in Hyderabad, India.
