What should I pack when moving to Zambia?

Answer this Question

We asked people living in Zambia to list three things they wish they had brought and three they wish they had left behind. They responded...

"When moving to Zambia, it is important to pack clothing suitable for the climate. Lightweight, breathable fabrics are best for the hot and humid weather. It is also important to bring a good supply of sunscreen and insect repellent. Additionally, it is recommended to bring a first aid kit, a flashlight, and a multi-purpose tool. It is also a good idea to bring a few items to make your new home feel more comfortable, such as pictures, books, and other personal items. Finally, it is important to bring any necessary documents, such as a passport, visa, and other important paperwork," remarked another expat in Zambia.
