What should I pack when moving to New Zealand?

"There is very little in the USA that is not available in New Zealand now (mid-2002). "When moving to New Zealand, it is important to pack items that will help you adjust to the climate and lifestyle. Bring clothing that is suitable for the cooler temperatures, such as sweaters, jackets, and long pants. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes for walking and exploring the outdoors. Don't forget to bring any necessary medications, as well as any important documents such as your passport and visa. It is also a good idea to bring a few items that will help you feel at home, such as photos, books, and music. Finally, make sure to bring any necessary electronics, such as a laptop or phone charger," said another expat in New Zealand.
